The Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival spices up the menu with more than 15+ all new delectable dishes, including duck tacos, lobster ravioli, truffle fries and almond coconut truffles. Plus Festival classics like bacon mac n’ cheese and the griddled cheesecake sandwich returns by popular demand at specialty culinary cabins.
The Festival will be going on Saturday & Sundays from March 5th through April 24th, 2016 from noon till 9PM. Headlining concerts start at 6 p.m. The event is included with any Pass, Fun Card or daily admission to the park. Food and beverage is not included with park admission and is available for an extra fee. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. “You Had Me at Merlot” jazz band at the Gwazi™ Field Pavilion: 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30 & 4:30 p.m.
The “Art of Food” demonstrations: continuously from noon to 6:00 p.m. with featured ice sculpting in Gwazi™ Plaza at 7:30 on select nights, including 3/5, 3/6, 3/12, 3/13, 4/16, 4/17, 4/23 & 4/24
